Ora-01090:shutdown in progress-connection are not permitted

I shutdown the normal command in Sql&plus to close the database, I feel that the shutdown time is too long, so the Sql&plus window is closed. When you restart,

reported the following error:

Ora-01081:cannot start already-running Oracle-shut it down
When reconnecting, the following error was reported:

Ora-01090:shutdown in progress-connection are not permitted

Solution:

The first method: Return to Sql&plus and shutdown abort once again.

The second way: If the first method does not work, you can end the Oracle.exe process in Task Manager and go back to boot. (Not recommended)

The third option is to select the service options for the Administrative tools in Control Panel and see several Oracle-related options:

Oracledbconsole*,oracleoradb10ghomesql*plus,oracleoradb10ghomelistener, and oracleservice*.

Then restart these services.
