Ora-03113: channel appears EOF

Back up the database today, after shutdown immediate shut down the data, startup mount opened the database, ora-03113: Database channel appears eof.
The database version I managed is 9.2.0.6, the operating system is windows server 2003, the server is HP prolient dl3800 G5. two, and the windows server cluster is installed.
If an error occurs, restart the server. DB to connect to the database. But after you shut down the database, a ora-03113 error still occurs when you open it again.
Solution: Shut down one DB server and restart another server.
Shutdown immdiate;
OK
Startup mount;
OK
Alter database archivelog;
Alter database open;
Changed successfully.
Rman target/
Backup database;
Exit
OK. Modification and backup are successful.
