After several days of PLSQL, I finally solved this problem and shared it with my friends who needed it.

Servers: windowsserver2008 (64-bit OS) and win7 (64-bit OS)

Oracle version: 10.2.0

Problem: netmanger test successful after oracle is installed, PLSQL shows ora-12154 TNS after connecting to database after installation: unable to process service name

As mentioned on the Internet: The Listener restarts, The Listener Configuration, And the oraname configuration are normal, and the ping configuration database can also be pinged.

Finally, I found an article on the internet saying: the installation path cannot contain brackets.

I installed PLSQL in prloramfiles (x86.

Uninstall PLSQL, reinstall PLSQL, and reselect the directory ProgramFiles
