ORA-12545: connection failed because the target host or object does not exist!

ORA-12545: connection failed because the target host or object does not exist! The error occurs because the host name is incorrectly configured.

Solution:

1. Search for the Oracle path you have installed, find the two files tnsnames. ora and listener. ora, modify these two files, and Modify HOST = HOST Name.

My path is as follows: G: \ oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_1 \ NETWORK \ ADMIN

After modification, restart the listener and server.

 

You can also look at the client Configuration:

Check whether the host name is correct in Oracle Net Manager.

This is also the cause.

Restart the computer if it is not easy to restart the listener. 100% is good!
