Solution: (1) Oracle faq:commentfollowing line in Sqlnet.ora:SQLNET. Authentication_services= (NTS) (2) or change this sentence to: sqlnet. Authentication_services= (NONE) (3) or run Netmanager: local-profile-oracle Advanced Security-validation-remove NTS
