ORA-16009 Error Handling

Problem Description:

When the main standby is in the switchover switch, the following error is reported in the standby library after switching:

Errors in FILE/U01/APP/ORACLE/ADMIN/ORCL/BDUMP/ORCL_ARC0_8755.TRC:

Ora-16009:remote Archive Log destination must be a STANDBY database

Workaround:

View Main Library log_archive_dest_2 parameter, result this parameter is empty

Modify this parameter to

Sql> alter system set log_archive_dest_2= ' Service=orcl db_unique_name=orcl ' scope=both;
