ORA-27300 troubleshooting instance
Recently, a customer reported that some pages of its core business system were running slowly, and the production database (dual-node RAC environment) encountered exceptions. After logging on to the BOSS database to check whether the database was running slowly, check the lock table to find a large number of lock tables. Then, log on to the database node server and find that the server is running slowly. Run top to find that the system resources are exhausted, as shown below:
Log on to the database's two-node server and check whether the fault point is on the database's RAC dual-host and One-node. On the server, sqlplus is normal to log on to Oracle, and no obvious exception is found. The following error message is displayed when you view the Oracle alarm log:

ORA-27300, ORA-27301, ORA-27302 in fact there are a lot of error causes, mainly caused by database and operating system interaction error, most of the bug, the above error is caused by bug 10010310, fortunately, oracle released a patch for this bug in different versions, with a size of around KB:

Once triggered, this Oracle BUG can only restart the database instance. There is no other remedy. After the instance on the database node is restarted, the operating system load returns to the normal range and the core system returns to normal.
