We recommend a gnome-shell extension with a taskbar for Fedora of 15, 16, 17, and 18.

The extension has the following functions:

Move the clock to Move the time to the right

Favourites in panel displays shortcuts for your favorite programs on the top panel.

Applications menu in panel displays the Applications menu on the top panel.

The panel at the Bottom of the Bottom panel screen is a commonly used taskbar with a work area. The status bar appears at a point in the lower right corner. With this, we don't have to install other taskbar extensions. This author has been maintaining and updated in a timely manner.

After installation, restart gnome-shell. press Alt + F2, enter r, and press Enter.
