Oracl X64 and plsql miscellaneous, oraclplsql
First install orcal X64.
Configure \ tnsnames. ora with orcal NetManger.
After installation, use sqlplus to check whether the client has been installed.
Enter sqlplus and prompt to enter the user name. Enter user/password @ database directly. Then, SQL> indicates that the installation environment is OK.

Install plsql. Currently, there is no 64-bit plsql. Therefore, an error is reported when a 32-bit plsql statement is directly installed to connect to orcal. The system prompts that 32-bit orcal is not installed.
