Oracle 10.2.0.4 cannot be installed on x64 to start EM dbconsole

After Oracle 10.2.0.1 is upgraded to 10.2.0.4, an error occurs in the EM console. This is because the authorization of the enterprise manager database control component and the CA certificate has expired. The official solution is to apply Patch 8350262.

1. Set ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID variables;

If the oracle user environment variable has been set, you do not need to set it again through set path.

2. Download patch 8350262

3. Install patches

Unzip-q p8350262_10204_Generic.zip

Cd 1, 8350262

$ ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch apply

4. Restart the em console.
