Oracle 10g RAC cannot add node Unable to access cluster service while creating node, cocould not add node rac1
1. Check whether the node you added is the IP address of the host involved in the cluster defined in the hosts file. If not, it is likely not added.
2. Disable the OCFS2 console interface
On the console, select File and then Quit, or press Ctrl + Q.

3. Uninstall the OFCS2 volume and the offline cluster, and disable the o2cb module.

4. Delete the OCFS2 cluster configuration file/etc/ocfs2/cluster. conf
# Rm-f/etc/ocfs2/cluster. conf
5. Restart the OCFS2 console.

6. Configure and save the node.
