When running sqlplus in cmd in win7, the following error is reported:

SP2-1503: Unable to initialize Oracle call interface SP2-1503: Unable to initialize Oracle call SP2-0152

Solution:

In the oracle \ product \ 10.2.0 \ db_2 \ BIN directory, find sqlplus.exe, right click --- properties --- compatibility --- choose to run this program in XP SP3 compatible mode --- run it as an administrator --- OK. Then enter sqlplus in cmd to run sqlplus. In this case, enter the User name: system (example) password: (your password)
