1, Start-> Control Panel-> Management Tools-> Services
Stop all Oracle services, prefixed by Oracle.
2. Start-> Program->oracle-oradb10g_home1->oracle installation products->universal Installer
An Oracle Universal Installer window appears with a black background and checks the monitor's configuration, and the Welcome window appears.
Click the Uninstall Product button to appear in the Product List window.
Select the item you want to delete, click the Delete button, appear in the confirmation window, click Yes, and the warning window appears, asking if the files and folders in the Oracle home directory will be removed after uninstalling, and then click Yes to begin uninstalling the selected component.

When the uninstall succeeds, the Product List window is automatically returned.

Click the Close button to exit the Product List window. Return to the Welcome window and click the Cancel button.
Exit the Oracle Universal Installer by clicking the Yes button in the exit window that pops up.
2. Manually Remove Oracle Legacy components
Delete Environment variables: Right-click My Computer, select the Properties option, select the Advanced tab in the System Properties window that appears, click the Environment Variables button, in the System Variables list box, select Oracle_home, and click the Delete button.
Some are in classpath and path, deleting environment variables classpath and the settings for Oracle in path.
To delete information from the registry:
Start à run à enter regedit, ok à pops up the Registry Editor window.
Select Hkey_local_machine/software/oracle and right-click to delete this node.
Select Hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/services to delete all nodes under the Services node that begin with the Oracle prefix.
Choose
Hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/services/eventlog/application,
Deletes all nodes under the application node that begin with the Oracle prefix.
Select HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT to delete nodes that begin with the Oracle and Ora prefixes.
3, restart the computer, delete the information in the folder:
Delete the C:/Program files/oracle folder.
Delete the C:/oracle folder.
The Oracle 9i Uninstall method is attached, similar to the Uninstall method:

10, delete/program files/oracle directory
11. Restart the computer to completely remove Oracle's directory after reboot
12, delete the Oracle-related files, select the default directory of Oracle C:/oracle, delete this entry
The port directory and all subdirectories are deleted from the Windows 2000 directory (typically C:/WINNT) below

13, WIN. INI file, delete the segment if there is a tag segment in the [ORACLE]
