Oracle 11.2.0.4 manually create EM

Failed to start dbconsole after installing Oracle

[Oracle @ elearning admin] $ emctl start dbconsole
Enter the name of the Host Name _ elearning not found.

After oracle was installed, no em was configured. The configuration steps are as follows:

1. Delete the old EM data archives

[Oracle @ elearning admin] $ emca-repos drop
