Oracle 11.2.0.4 the time when RAC logs are recorded is inconsistent with the operating system time.

After Oracle 11.2.0.4 RAC is set up and the time zone is changed at the system level, it is found that the RAC log records are inconsistent with the operating system time.

As you can see, the log write time is nearly 13 hours later than the operating system time.

This is due to a change in the new version, and the GRID also has its own time zone settings. During installation, the default value is the same as the TZ environment variable of the operating system.

The Time Zone of the GRID is different from the system environment variable TZ.

Solution:

Edit s_crsconfig_microdb01_env.txt and set TZ = Asia/Shanghai. Restart the cluster service to restore it.
