2. Start a quick start failover
dgmgrl> enable Fast_start failover;
3. Start Quick Start failover Observer Watch program
Dgmgrl> start observer;
NOTE: After start observer, the Watcher will not run in the background, it will be displayed in the foreground.
In the actual use of the process, you need to start on the server alone, in the background automatically run, can not be closed, or the main reserve can not automatically monitor the running state.
You cannot use the Quick Start failover feature.
4. Perform a view in another window
$ DGMGRL sys/oracle
