Before installation, you need to confirm the following points:
Your memory is not a problem (this is important, if your machine often blue screen then don't pretend, or you cry)
Your system is activated.
The computer is already installed. NETFramework 4.0, or the first step will have a pop-up box to tell you "Oui.exe has stopped working"
Even 64-bit systems can install 32-bit Oracle
1. Download Oracle 11g R2 for Windows version, download address below

2. Extract two compressed packets to the same directory, that is, "database", and then click the "setup.exe" file in the Extract directory, as shown in the following figure:
3. After the installer is executed, the following command prompt line appears.
4. The start picture will appear after a moment's wait.
5. Wait a little while, you will see the following image of the installation screen, cancel the selection shown in the following illustration, and then click Next to continue, and then click Yes to continue in the message prompt box that appears.
6. The Installation Options dialog box appears and the default click "Next" continues
7. The Installation Type dialog box appears and then click Next to continue and select the server class if you are installing on Windows Server.
8. Then there is the installation configuration, which should be noted: the format of the management password should contain at least one uppercase letter, a lowercase letters and a number, or you will be prompted to the correct input and then click "Next" to continue.
9. The Prerequisites Check dialog box appears, select Ignore All and click Next to continue.
10. Then click "Finish" to start the installation.

12. When the above progress arrives at 100%, the Line Surface dialog box appears, please be patient and wait for it to complete.
13. And then the confirmation dialog pops up. Click OK and then go back to the main screen and click "Close" to complete the installation.
14. At this point, oracle11g R2 has been installed and you can open the Access URL in the Start menu->oracle-oradb11g_home1->database CONTROL-ORCL.
15. Login: Select "SYSDBA" in the connection identity, and then enter "SYS" in the username, password for the password you set originally, click "Login" and you can access the database.
