Oracle 11g RAC crfclust.bdb too large to handle

The ORA.CRF service is a service for cluster health Monitor (CHM), which is used to automatically collect the usage of the operating system's resources (CPU, memory, SWAP, process, I/O, and network, etc.). Because the bug 10165314,ORA.CRF service generated files (all the crf*.bdb and $hostname.ldb in the $HOMENAME/directory of the $GI _home/crf/db/), it is stressful for $gi_home usage.

The steps for deleting both types of files ($GI _home/crf/db/$HOMENAME/directories in all CRF*.BDB and $HOSTNAME.LDB) and the steps to prevent ORA.CRF from starting with Ohas are described below.
