Solve:

The first reason may be that DNS is not configured, and DNS is required to be configured starting from 11.2.0.2.

Configure DNS

Offload CRS, clean up bare devices, bind disk using Asmlib mode

Then reinstall the grid Infrastructure.

(2) My reasons are:

Re-installed several times, are reported this error, and later found that the virtual machine disk disorder, originally the first two disk into the fourth block, but the order of two virtual machines is consistent, and then removed the disk and re-added after the fix.

A remove and create a disk in Settings (VMware can delete disks online)

b operating system deletes the partition and creates a new partition

C rebind the bare device

D Reinstall Grid Infrastructure
