1. The installation of multi-path software using RHEL6.5 multipath using udev to configure the ASM shared disk failed. At that time, there were not many analyses and attempts due to the time relationship.

2. The multi-path software is installed using RHEL6.5 multipath and the ASM shared disk is successfully configured using ASMLIB. However, the following error message is reported when the root. sh command is executed in Section 2. For the solution, see 3.

Disk Group CRS creation failed with the following message:
ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
ORA-15072: command requires at least 1 regular failure groups, discovered only 0
ORA-15080: synchronous I/O operation to a disk failed
