Oracle 8i upgrade to 10 GB

In addition to sysaux's neglected damage to the database during the National Day upgrade, some problems have been found, which are roughly divided into the following points:
1. EXP/expdp is not available because many packages and functions are not generated. The problem is still being solved.
2. Some system objects are not generated, and some functions are incomplete. For example, if kill_session is not generated, many slow sessions will be generated.
3. Some other problems, such as some ora-00600 or ora-07445 errors, are estimated to be related to the lack of system objects.
I originally hoped to export it. Now, even the most basic function cannot be completed, which is really miserable.
