"Fault description"

ASM Disk group dropped, ASM instance cannot mount. ASM Disk Group has 4 500G disks, database and ASM software 10.2.0.1, the Oracle database is in urgent need of recovery.

"Failure Analysis"

Analyze the disks that make up the ASM disk group, remove the ASM metadata, and analyze the metadata: ASM storage metadata is corrupted, causing DiskGroup to mount. Reorganize the ASM storage space, export the database files from the ASM Disk group, and then detect and repair the database files. If the database files are intact, you can start the database with the database files exported from the ASM Disk group. If the database file is corrupted, the underlying parsing of these database files will import the data into the new database and restore the data.
