For a Linux System

After entering the ORACLE system, enter su-oracle

Enter the command: crs_start-t

I) Input srvctl stop listener-n hostname

Enter srvctl start listener-n hostname

Ii)

Enter lsnrctl to go to the listener Interface

Enter help to obtain all the commands.

Start, stop, and status check the running status of the listener

For Windows System

Go to the CMD page

I) Input srvctl stop listener-n hostname

Enter srvctl start listener-n hostname

Ii)

Enter lsnrctl to go to the listener Interface

Enter help to obtain all the commands.
