Oracle Backup Report "EXP-00056: Oracle Error 12541 encountered"

EXP-00056: Encountering ORACLE error 12541
Ora-12541:tns: No listening program
EXP-00000: Export termination failed

The Export command is: EXP username/password @orcl

Find some solutions on the internet is not resolved, my tnsnames configuration is:

I use the Plsql connection does not appear unable to listen to the problem, it is very irritable, and then a flash, modified the export of SQL is done
