First, configuration monitoring

Open NET Configuration Assistant in the Oracle Configuration and Porting tool, then click Next.

Click Next, then enter the name of the listener and click Next

After clicking Next

Click Next

Click Next

Select No, click Next

Second, configure network services

Click Next, then enter a name

Click Next

Click Next, fill in the hostname (127.0.0.1 indicates the machine, if you want to connect to other machines to fill in the IP address of the connecting machine)

Click Next

Click Next to enter your username and password in the dialog box that pops up

Click OK to see if the verification is successful, after the success of the next step directly to this service configuration completed
