Oracle Data Table Encryption Method

We can encrypt one or n columns of a table.
You can add the encrypt keyword after the data type of the column in the create table command, or add the encrypt keyword after the column name of an existing column.
For example, to encrypt the name column of the users table, run the following command:
SQL> ALTER TABLE users modify (name encrypt );
Table altered.
SQL>
In this way, users who have the permission to access the name column will still retain the access permission for this column. However, the difference is that anyone accessing an operating system file containing the users table cannot decrypt the name column.
