How to import an Oracle 11g backup dat file into a 10g database workaround: Add the target database version number after exporting
Export:Execute under SQL Plus: Create or replace directory File_path as ' e:\ ';--creating Export \ Import file storage path (my is on E-drive)
Execute inside CMD: EXPDP username/password @ service name Directory=file_path dumpfile= Export Database file name. dat schemas= user name Logfile=baklog.log version= 10.2.0.1.0 (version number only used when importing an Oracle 11g backup dat file into a 10g database)
Import:
Create or replace directory File_path as ' the backup file path to import '; (if you have previously done the export you do not need to do it again, just put the file in the directory everywhere)
IMPDP User name/password @ service name Directory=file_path dumpfile= The name of the imported database. DAT remap_schema= database file export user name: User name to import target tablespace table_exists_action=replace logfile=20150920impdp.log version= 10.2.0.1.0 (version number only used when importing an Oracle 11g backup dat file into a 10g database) Oracle 10g version number (can be tried): texport:v10.02.00 version=10.2.0 .1.0
