Here the error is more obvious, the database after rolling, Smon rollback found that some block corrupted caused the problem, the solution to the problem is:
1. Set Event Mask Rollback
2. If 1 does not work, set rollback segment related implied parameters, shielding rollback
3. Logical way to rebuild a database
