Oracle Database listening program cannot start the solution:
C: /Documents and Settings/all users/"start" menu/Program/Oracle-orahome81/network administration/net8 assistant rebuilding listening Oracle listening rebuilding clearing startup items in the registry is okay. the reason is that the listener service is abnormal, therefore, this service must be rebuilt. Solution: 1. Enter the DOS window and start listener manually. You cannot start listener. Enter the control panel and start listener manually. 2. Delete listener: Open the registry, find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/CurrentControlSet/services/oracletnslistener, and delete it. After the machine is restarted, The Listener service in the control panel is no longer available. 3. Restart listener and automatically recreate the listener service. In the DOS window, run C:/LSNRCTL start listener to start the listener normally.
