Oracle Dataguard cannot apply redo log

Problem: Dataguard cannot apply redo Log,alert without any error message.

Symptom: Oracle RAC node alert has no error message and the other section reports the following errors.

Error 1017 received logging on to the Standbycheck that the primary and standby is using a password file
And Remote_login_passwordfile is set to SHARED or EXCLUSIVE,
And that the SYS password are same in the password files.
Returning error ORA-16191

PING[ARC2]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby ' BBDG '. Error is 16191.

Processing method: The password file of the error-free node is ORAPWBBSVRI1 copied to the error node.

Summary: If the sys password is changed after Oracle is installed, you must ensure that all Oracle nodes and Dataguard password files are the same file when building Dataguard.
