Try a variety of methods are not done, listening start and stop are particularly slow.
To view the size of the listening log, the location is as follows:
$ORACLE _base\diag\tnslsnr\Official Note:
The platform on which the bug occurred
Oracle Net services-version 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 [Release 11.1 to 11.2]
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
This issue was limited to the Windows OS.
Checked for relevance on 14-oct-2013
Workaround: Turn off the Listen write log
Script:
Lsnrctl>set Current_listener <listener_name>
Lsnrctl>set Log_status OFF
Lsnrctl>save_config
Or, rename the Listener.log and restart the service, OK ... Happy...
Oracle does not start listening, connection is a particularly slow workaround
