[Oracle EBS] 8. Purge signon audit data concurrent program

First, if you want to use sign-on audit,
You need to set in profile, profile name is Sign-on: Audit Level,
There are four levels: None, user, responsibility, and form.
Defualt is none.
The user records the logon, logon, and logout times.
Responsibility is the user-selected responsibility and the time of use.
Form records the user-selected form and time of use.
