This error occurs because: We are attempting to write a controlfile checkpoint progress record, but find we do not have the progress record generating this exception. due to an exception in the control file, we usually use a single control file for one attempt. If neither of them can be considered, re-create the control file.

Because it is an asm environment, other methods are relatively difficult to handle.
