The database instance was created in the previous installment, but there was a problem when the DB instance was last accessed with EM?

Enterprise Manager cannot connect to the DB instance. The status of the components is listed below.

Customers use the browser via the 1158 port of EM to access Em,em through the listener access to the Oracle DB instance, in the last section we created a DB instance from the database configuraion Assistant . But we haven't created a listener yet. So there is the question that was raised last verse. In this section we will complete Listener creation through the Oracle Network Configuration Assistant (Oracle Net config Assistant)
