Start:

Shut down:

You can only start these 3 services when you are developing this machine. The Listener Oracleoradb10g_home1tnslistener is best to start first when it is started, and then close when it is closed. ORACLESERVICEORCLSID is a database service, Oracledbconsoleorclsid is an OEM-initiated process and relies on ORACLESERVICEORCLSID, Therefore, it is necessary to start the Oracleserviceorclsid and then start the Oracledbconsoleorclsid at startup, which is reversed in the order of shutdown.
