This may be a mistake deleting the file resulting in the following prompt when using Rman backup

Rman-06169:could not read file header for DataFile 1 error reason

Solutions

See what data 15 files are

Sql> select File#,name from V$datafile;

A/missing00015 file appears

It appears to be a MISSING00006 file, not a system, nor a user's data.

Look MISSING00006 based on that tablespace, and then delete the table space
Sql> select Ts#,name from V$tablespace;

Delete Table space

Drop tablespace Rman_tbs including CONTENTS;

Backup's fine.
