Oracle hextoraw and rawtohex

HEXTORAW
Syntax: HEXTORAW (string)
Function: converts a binary value represented by a string to a RAW value. string should contain a hexadecimal value. every two characters in String indicate one byte in the result RAW .. HEXTORAW and RAWTOHEX are two opposite functions.
Usage location: Procedural language and SQL statement.

RAWTOHEX
Syntax: RAWTOHEX (rawvalue)
Function: converts a RAW value rawvalue to a hexadecimal string. every byte in rawvalue is converted into a double byte string. RAWTOHEX and HEXTORAW are two opposite functions.
