Oracle hits patch appears copy FAILED-TFA service causes partial lib not released

At the time of 11.2.0.4 in Aix, you may encounter a failure of the TFA service that caused some Lib not to be released with the CRS shutdown, resulting in a failure of the upgrade upgrade, in which case either auto or manual patch will fail and the TFA must be shut down. and use Slibclean to release the Lib object and then hit patch again
