1. Export the database instance:

operate under the cmd command:

Exp database user name/password @ server ip:1521/ Example file=c:\devdb.dmp full=y

2. Import the database instance:

Create the related database, set up the related table space + user + Assign the relevant permissions, and in the CMD command operate as follows:

imp Database user name/password @ instance full=y file=c:\ Devdbuser.dmp Ignore=y
