I have been using sqlserver and have no chance to access Oracle. In the past few days, I have installed Oracle 9i and installed it in my previous notebook, today, I installed it on my desktop again. An error was reported when the installation was completed, that is, the "non-essential", which always prompts"ORA-12571: TNS: Package writeProgramFailed", I checked it online and solved it through the following methods:

Open sqlnet. ora, and change the value of "CNT" to "NONE ".

I don't know why, and I don't have time to study this, so I can continue to migrate my data.
