Oracle under Windows, when an instance is started, it writes boot information to the Event Viewer of the Windows operating system-the application section, and this write behavior cannot be disabled with Oracle parameters or other means.

If the Event Viewer-the log of the application is full, it will result in the following scenario: ora-28056:writing Audit records to Windows Event log failed.
