Oracle is stuck when executing stored procedures

1 Problems arise:

When I recently arrived at a new company and looked at the code, it involved a stored procedure that involved updating the table. The first time you debug, it runs out very quickly. The second time the card is dead, then single-step debugging, found that the card is dead in the UPDATE statement.

2 Problem Solving

The final discovery was that the first execution did not commit the transaction, and the transaction was committed without a deadlock.

3 Conclusion

because there is no commit,oracle to lock the record when Plsql developer executes the update.
