Remotely observing the Oracle listening process found that the listening process was about 2 GB. After the listener is restarted or the server is restarted, the listener memory is increased from about 6 MB to about 2 GB in about half an hour.

Solution:
I have set an ip address limitation for Oracle. This is the case if the IP address in the untrusted list is used for crazy access.
Upgrade Oracle to 9.2.0.3 after version 9.2.0.1.
I tested it on the local machine. If it is upgraded to 9.2.0.8, this problem will not occur!
