Oracle log file location, oracle Log File
Oracle log files include warning logs, trace logs, audit logs, redo logs, and archive logs.
Warning log: the alert log, which corresponds to the background_dump_dest set in the system initialization parameter file.
Trace log: Generally, the information of seesion tracing is stored, corresponding to the system initialization parameter file parameter user_dump_dest
It corresponds to its location.
Audit Log: audit information, corresponding to the system initialization parameter file parameter audit_file_dest
It corresponds to its location.
Redo log: stores Database Change Information. select member from v $ logfile; member indicates its location.
Archive log: Historical backup of the redo log. select * from v $ parameter where name like 'Log _ archive_dest % '; its value is the location
