Oracle has 3 types of users:
System, SYS, Scott, where system and SYS differ in the ability to create databases, the SYS user logs in to create a database, and Scott is the user who learns from the novice, who can log on to the system with Scott, noting that after the Scott user logs in, You can use Oracle-provided databases and datasheets, which are provided by Oracle, and learners do not need to create their own databases and datasheets to practice SQL directly using these databases and data tables

Note By default, the Scott user is locked, so we have to log in with the SYS user and then unlock it.
