2. Data recovery to a new table, based on timestamp

CREATE TABLE newtable as SELECT * from oldtable as of timestamp to_timestamp (' 2015-10-11 ', ' yyyy-mm-dd ');

3. Export the result set to Excel, using Excel functions to generate the SQL you need

=concatenate ("Update oldtable t set t.dicname= '" &F2& "where t.id=" &B2& ";")

4. Execute the resulting SQL

5. Delete the newly created table
