Oracle Modified field value contains & characters

I found the PL/SQL pop-up variable box when I updated a field in a table yesterday, and it thought that the field value I wanted to change contained undefined variables. For example, I execute a script: Update t_wlf_config set configvalue = ' Hello&hi ' where configname = ' Hello '; Then it thinks hi is a variable and prompts you to enter a specific value.

The solution is to replace & with Chr (38), and then use | | Associative string, as above field value changed to ' Hello ' | | Chr (38) | | Hi ' There's no problem.
