Oracle is not case-sensitive, and do not know MM, so instead of Mi,yyyy/mm/dd HH24:MI:SS, in order to avoid errors, write the time to capitalize.

Start_up_time type is date type

The Completion_time type is NVARCHAR2 and the value format is 2011-11-23 00:00:00

Sql:

Update Set = to_date (completion_time,'yyyy/mm/dd HH24:MI:SS'); Update set start_up_time='; Update set completion_time=start_up_time; Update set start_up_time=';
