Oracle order by sorting

Oracle order by sorting adds the sorting by pinyin, radicals, and strokes in oracle9i. Set the NLS_SORT value SCHINESE_RADICAL_M to sort SCHINESE_STROKE_M By the beginning (First Order), strokes (Second Order), and heads (Second Order) by the strokes (first order). SCHINESE_PINYIN_M is sorted by pinyin, the default sorting method is www.2cto.com. For example, the table name is dept, where the name field is Chinese.
