First, unzipOre-linux-x86-64-1.1.zipTo your local system. This creates the directory ore-linux-x86-64-1.1/SupportingContaining these three files:

This should be ore-supporting-linux-x86-64-1.1.zip

Second, r cmd install DBI_0.2-5_R_x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.zip, should use root permission when installing library, responsible for will report error
